Arbe Chives

The pipe-shaped portion of the chive leaves are very flavorful. Grown in accordance with the IFOAM standards, these chives are an indispensable herb especially in Mediterranean cuisine. They are also part of the "fines herbes" in France. Chives are especially popular in Europe for their use in spreads- just sprinkle them over a nice piece of moist black bread and butter!
