Arbe Cloves

Cloves were originally at home in Indonesia. They are selected by hand to preserve their flavor and are cultivated according to IFOAM regulations for flowers. Cloves were originally found in the Moluccas, which were nicknamed the Spice Islands. Cloves taste spicy and are very fragrant. Cloves can be cooked from the start of a recipe, but should be taken before serving the food. Sauerkraut and red cabbage are dishes that are often spiced with cloves, but they are also used for alcoholic beverages such as liqueurs and bitters. Cloves also have analgesic and anesthetic effects.
