The crunchiness and flavour of this cheese make it extra enjoyable! The Zillertal mountain cheese teases the senses with a savoury taste and intense flavour. Matured for at least six months, it develops excellent flavours. Notes from fresh hay, peanuts and passion fruit impress the palate, while notes of cake and buttermilk delight the nose.

Tip:

• The cheese is most flavourful when served between 10 to 15 ° C - take it out of the refrigerator two hours before serving.

The product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
