Chocolina "Brown Bread" Bread Mix

With the "Brown Bread" Bread Mix you can bake delicious bread easily at home.

Preparation:

• Pour the contents of the bottle in a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
• Mix the enclosed dry yeast with about 450 to 500ml lukewarm water and knead.
• Let the dough stand covered at room temperature for 1/2 an hour.
• Then knead the dough again briefly.
• Form into a loaf or into rolls and let the dough rest covered for 60 minutes.
• Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 45-50 minutes.

You still need:

• 450 to 500ml warm water
