Ehrenwort Organic Antares Red Wine Salt with Fleur de Sel

This extraordinary red wine salt was produced in collaboration with the Zahel winery, The fine Fleur de Sel salt blooms are repeatedly sprayed with the Antares Top Red Wine Cuvèe and are then carefully dried. This process is repeated up to 50 times until almost half a bottle of red wine has been mixed with 1kg of salt.

This specialty salt goes very well with a juicy steak or grilled meat or cheese. Real wine fans can use it to season vegetable dishes, salads or a delicious cheese platter.
