Description
The perfect blend of spices for a tasty chili con carne. It can of course also be used as a rub for beef or for grilling.
Recipe Tips for Chili con Carne:
- 300 g ground beef
- 3 tablespoons Fireland Spice Chili Con Carne (you can also use more)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 onions
- 400g chopped tomatoes or tomato puree
- Corn
- Kidney beans
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil
- Fry the beef and stir in the tomato paste and cook briefly
- Remove from the heat and stir in the spice mixture
- Add corn & beans - and let simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Tip- add 0,33ml of dark beer to the sauce!
