Description

Lean pork and smoked bacon are used to make this fine salami. It is made according to a traditional family recipe with fine white mould. The salami is slow dried for at least three months in clear Carinthian mountain air. The wild fennel seeds give this salami an incomparable aroma and a mildly spicy taste. It is perfect for cold cut platters, for snacks and for taking on the go.
