Gewürze Lodner Fine Red Sea Salt

The water of the Red Sea, a narrow and deep strait between East Africa and the Arabian peninsula, is very clear and clean. Accordingly, the Red Sea salt has a particularly high degree of purity. The salinity of the water is 4.2% higher than in most other seas. The particularly mild sea salt comes from an old saltworks that was founded over 100 years ago by Italian colonists. The salt produced here has high proportions of minerals and trace elements. Use for frying and seasoning.
