Gewürze Lodner Murray River Salt Flakes

The Murray River pink salt from the Murray Darling River is a particularly light salt. This Australian virgin salt has a percentage of algae (carotenes) that give it its delicate, natural pink hue. The flakes have an exceptionally mild flavor and are ideal for seasoning or use as a table salt.

Use with raw shellfish, fish or sprinkled on fine pastries. Use only as a finishing salt! The fine peach-colored crystals can be ground between your fingers to finish a dish.
