Gewürze Lodner Organic Granulated Tomatoes

Tomato flakes are made by juicing the pulp from very ripe and aromatic tomatoes. The flakes have the typical tomato flavor plus a sweet and sour flavor. Instead of using tomato paste to spice up various dishes such as soups, sauces and stews, these flakes can be used instead. They are also suitable as an addition to marinades. The tomato flakes harmonize especially well with basil, garlic, oregano and pepper, which make them very attractive, especially in the Mediterranean cuisine (pizza, pasta).

Tip: Soak the tomato flakes in water before use.
