Gewürze Lodner Organic Shredded Lovage

Lovage is originally from Persia and is harvested mainly in the summer. In Europe it is called the Maggi herb as it is famous for its use in the Maggi brand seasoning. Lovage is slightly spicy and has a sweet sharpness.

To be used for soups, marinades, pickling, and for roasts and stews.
