Gewürze Lodner Persian Blue Salt

Persian blue salt is one of the rarest known salts and is characterized by its unusual color. The Persian salt is a rock salt obtained from salt mines in Iran. The Semnan province in northern Iran is known for its rock salt.

Use as a table salt and finishing salt. Leaves a light tingle on the tongue.
