Design

Brewing Techniques

Pour-Over
Open the valve of GINA, pour hot water over the coffee grounds in the filter and enjoy the elegant coffee flow. With this method, you'll get the purest taste and the clearest character of the coffee beans used.

Immersion
Soak the ground coffee in the water for three minutes and open the valve of the GINA to enjoy strong coffee with a full body.

Cold Drip
Add ground coffee to the Cool Drip, pour cold water into the ceramic filter, set the drop flow, and enjoy the finest cold drip coffee. The sweet, mild taste and gentle body give this coffee special character.

Features

Precision Valve
The precision valve is the highlight of the GINA machine and allows you to create the perfect taste. For Pour Over coffee, leave the valve open, close it for immersion coffee, and set it to the lowest level for Cold Drip - exactly to your taste.
