Wilde Hilde: a mix for salads that stimulates all five senses: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and spicy.

• Preparation tip: Mix 1 teaspoon "Wilde Hilde" with 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Add 1 tablespoon of white wine or apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil or rapeseed oil to make a dressing.

Scent of the Maquis: this seasoning salt is for Mediterranean meat, fish and vegetable dishes. An excellent, versatile blend. It is also suitable for summer cream cheese spreads. Created by top chef Konrad Geiger.

• Preparation tip: for longer cooking times, sprinkle on the dish only 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Season at the beginning of the cooking time if you are just doing a quick roast.
