Hink Wien Corned Deer

The characteristic aromatic taste of venison and the firm consistency make this hearty delicacy by Hink Wien ideal as a snack and for picnics!

A special delicacy for which only game from the Waldviertel region is processed: hearty boiled shoulder, coarsely minced and mixed with aromatic stock including spices. Port wine and orange zest give the recipe its exquisite flavour profile. Finally, the ready-mixed corned deer gels in the can and it sets to a firm consistency.

Tip: The manufacturer recommends lifting the chilled corned deer out of the can by cutting it in four and enjoying it with crusty bread and strong red wine!
