The pasture-raised turkeys at the Hütter family farm are fed with corn and grain grown on their own land, resulting in particularly tender meat.

For each person, you can calculate an average portion size of 0.5 kg to 0.75 kg of turkey meat. Cooking time: cook for 1 hour per kilogram at medium temperature. (

The turkey is ready to go in the oven and comes filled with a breadcrumb stuffing.

The chicks are raised at 36°C and are let out into the pasture when they develop their feathers. This breed of turkey is medium-weight and ideal for pasture-raising. The healthy, slow-grown, pasture-raised turkeys provide meat of excellent quality.

How much turkey per person? An experience-based guide to help you plan:

• For 5-6 people - about 4kg
• For 6-8 people - about 5-6kg
• For 10 people - about 7-8kg
