Martinshof Spelt is very versatile but above all, it is healthy. Accordingly, spelt has become essential to both people with wheat allergies all those who believe that a healthy diet is important in their lives.
Our spelt grows only in Vorarlberg. It is carefully cultivated by selected farmers. The spelt is not obtained immediately after threshing, but is separated from its shell. Martinshof spelt grains are suitable to be freshly ground and processed.
