The Five Spice is perfect for any Asian dish! The spice blend combines sweet, sour, bitter, umami and salty flavours. It is perfect for any kind of duck dish but can also be great in cakes, Christmas cookies or other sweets as it adds a complex note to your baked goods.

Goes well with: poultry (chicken, turkey or duck), pork (roasts, filets, ribs or chops). It also tastes great with root veggies or fennel. Try serving cucumber and coriander salad with a pinch of chilli alongside meat that has been marinated with the Five Spice Blend.
