Modena Estense Organic Rigatoni

Italy is famous for having innumerable types of pasta, and rigatoni is traditionally preferred in southern Italy and Sicily. This variety is similar to the Penne Rigate, but is slightly larger, slightly curved and cut at right angles. The ribbed surface that gives these noodles their name is perfect for gripping sauces and grated cheese.
