Ölmühle Solling Dill Vinegar

Freshly harvested dill flowers from organic farming leave their characteristic, spicy flavor in this mild white wine vinegar.

Use 1 teaspoon to create an aromatic herbal vinaigrette. You can also make a spicy dressing for all leaf salads or mayonnaises or use as an additive to marinades for pickled cucumbers and tomatoes.
