Paldauer Chopped Mushroom Mix

This varied mix of mushrooms comes in a resealable container that you can use throughout the year. Thanks to careful processing, the mushrooms retain their full flavor, making them a true delicacy.

The dried mushrooms are hand-picked and are inspected several times before they are packaged. The wild-growing mushrooms are only found in largely intact forest areas, and come mostly from Europe. Nearly all mushrooms contain lots of minerals and fiber, which makes them outstandingly suitable for vegan diets.

Preparation:

• Allow the dried mushrooms to swell for 20-30 minutes in warm water, then strain them through a fine strainer. Cook the mushrooms the same as you would fresh mushrooms, and heat well before serving.
