Description

The "Madeleine" is a French pastry. The small dessert is a perfect companion for coffee or tea. Fast and easy to bake, enchant your guests with French cuisine!

You need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g butter

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour the contents of the bottle in a bowl and add the eggs. Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape the vanilla seeds out with a sharp knife. Add them to the mix and stir. Melt the butter and add it to the bowl. Fill the Madeleine tins to 2/3 up with the pastry dough. Bake for approximately 6 minutes. Let cool shortly before taking the madeleines out from the mold. Bon Appetit!
