Gewürze Lodner Organic Rose Paprika from Hungary

The peppers are grown using age-old traditional methods.The best plants and ideal climatic conditions help these peppers mature. Once optimal maturity is reached, the peppers are picked by hand and dried slowly and gently. Depending on your needs, the dried pods are ground through several grindings on stone mills. In this method, no heat is produced so that the colors remain bright and the essential oils are preserved. The result is a paprika powder of exceptional color and flavor.

The Rose Paprika has a pleasant spice comparable to mild chilies, and the fruitiness characteristics of Hungarian peppers. Essential for goulash and all spicy dishes.

Hot Chilli fits well with duck, cream cheese, most legumes and vegetables, chicken, beef, veal, rice, pork. Paprika does not like extreme heat, otherwise it becomes bitter.
