This spice pouch is perfect for venison, liver, ragout, root vegetable stew and mushroom sauces. The spices that would interfere with chewing can be removed easily with the pouch. Depending on your requirements, the spice pouch can be cooked up to 3 hours.
Tips:
- The pouch has enough spices for about 1/2 kg of meat.
