This was a great way to try a number of different spice mixes and I was surprised to enjoy all of them. Each blend is well balanced and by having 2 of each, I either tried them with different food parings or could make a bigger quantity.
If you are not sure which mixes would suit you this is a great place to start and I will be purchasing at least 2 of the blends in greater quantities.
