Other ingredients include untreated sea salt, garlic, onion, pepper, coriander, parsley, smoked salt, fennel, pepper, mint, turmeric, celery, fenugreek and cumin.

This composition was created especially lamb and vegetables. It is perfect for Mediterranean vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, fennel), salads and any other dish where a Mediterranean touch is desired: pasta and pasta sauces, fish, shrimp, pizza.
