Spiceworld "Marrakesh" Love Curry

There are hundreds of different types of curry powders! In India the recipes vary depending on the region, season and cook. Both the vanilla and the hibiscus flower contained in this curry are said to have aphrodisiac effect. Who knows, maybe the way to a person's heart really is through the stomach!

Our " Love Curry " is, like all curries, a blend of spices. In this case, a reddish / brown mixture with mild fruitiness. This very special, Moroccan blend contains the best of the world's hibiscus and rose flowers. This gives the mixture a little acidity and a wonderful freshness. Contains a fine sea salt!

Curry is used to flavor exotic rice dishes, meat dishes, sauces, soups, poultry, fish and various vegetables. The Moroccan Love Curry is perfect for chicken, fish and vegetable dishes. Curry develops its flavor best if you initially heat the spice at a very low temperature in oil.

Beware: the oil should not be too hot! It it is the curry will burn and become bitter.
