The Pil Pil Spanish-Mexican fish spice has three ingredients that are indispensable for the classic "Gambas Pil Pil": untreated sea salt, mild chilli and garlic. The other ingredients include lemon, a little pepper, a little parsley and smoked paprika to bring out the flavors of the seafood.

Tips:
Sauté shrimp, prawns or scampi in olive oil. Add Pil Pil fish seasoning, mix well and let stand briefly. Finished! Prepare a marinade with 1 tablespoon of fish spice and 4 tablespoons olive oil.
