Viani & Co. Truffle Oil with Natural Flavours

The natural scent and flavour unfolds within this truffle oil. To flavour the „Essenza“, the producers require a large number of white truffles {Tuber magnatum pico}. The result: a deep, delicate and subtle flavour. It is the fine scent the unfolds when fresh truffle is sliced.

This is the first absolutely naturally flavoured truffle oil. What exactly goes into manufacturing the oil, is kept secret by the producers. This much is for certain: the fruity aroma of fresh truffles are transferred to the oil. The 48 fragrance components contain the flavour of real truffles. In conventional truffle oils, only 2 to 3 of these components are usually found. The flavourful transmitter is a blend of sunflower oil and elegantly lightweight olive oil from the Leccino and Intosso varieties.
