Vonatur Organic "Fusilloni" Pasta

The Panarese family produces this unique pasta on their farm in Tuscany. Organic durum wheat semolina and clear spring water make a simple dough that is then pulled through heavy bronze rollers and processed into delicious fusilloni. Thanks to this special manufacturing process, the pasta has a rough surface and absorbs sauces very well for an extra delicious meal.
