Meat for delicious lamb goulash and ragout dishes.

With a properly prepared lamb ragout, the meat is so tender that it melts on the tongue. First, the pieces of meat are sautéed briefly, before they are braised in a brew for about two hours. For white and red wines, lamb stock and various root vegetables and spices such as thyme, rosemary or laurel are suitable.
