Bergkäserei Zillertal Sliced Emmentaler

This Emmentaler has a light, nutty taste and develops notes of buttermilk and boiled potatoes on the palate. Its scent is reminiscent of pineapple, honey, nutmeg and almonds.

Tip:

• The Emmentaler unfolds its full aroma at temperatures between 10 to 15 ° C - so take the cheese out of the refrigerator two hours before consumption.
• The product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
