The handheld receiver unit constantly provides you with the current temperature reading of your food, operating with an impressive range of up to 20 metres via radio frequency.

To make the process even simpler, you just select your cut of meat and your desired doneness (rare, medium, or well done). The thermometer knows precisely when the perfect core temperature—within the range of 0 °C to 250 °C—has been reached and will alert you reliably. The 18 cm stainless steel probe and the 1-metre heat-resistant cable are suitable even for large cuts of meat. Furthermore, a precise timer, counting up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, is integrated.
