Salmon and Dijon mustard make a delicious combination in this exquisite mousse. Only freshly caught salmon are used for the mousse. They are then smoked in the in-house smokehouse over beech wood. Finally the fish is finely pureed and flavoured with Dijon mustard. This creates an exclusive culinary delight.
