Mangolds Jalapeño Salsa

Mangolds sources their vegetables from Styrian farmers that failed to make it from the farm to the market because as we all know, perfect appearance is crucial to shoppers. The vegetables are picked up directly from Styrian farms and used to make vegan recipes that are free from artificial preservatives, colours and additives.

Mangolds has been running a successful vegan/vegetarian restaurant with a shop in the heart of Graz for 30 years now and places great importance on the conscious and careful use of raw ingredients, regionality and ecology.

This delicious Jalapeño Salsa is made with rescued tomatoes and long peppers. It owes its spicy flavours to jalapeño chillies, garlic, cumin and coriander. Enjoy it with grilled food and burgers or as a dip for vegetables.
