The bright spelt used at Martinshof is freshly ground to make spelt pasta. All important vitamins remain in the mix! With the addition of 6 fresh free-range eggs from the Martinshof per kilo of pasta, they are tasty and above all healthy noodles.

You can be assured our eggs come from our happy free-range chickens, which roam around daily on over 10 m² of meadow and do whatever a their chicken hearts desires.

Cooking Time: about 7 minutes

Due to the high egg content of the Martinshof pasta, the noodles expand during cooking.
