Recipe idea:
1. Add three teaspoons of Aglio & Peperoncino spice to a small cup and add a few spoonfuls of hot pasta water to create a spice mixture.
2. Allow the spice paste to steep in the cup.
3. When the pasta is ready, drain and pour back in the pot- do not rinse with cold water!
4. Add a shot of olive oil to the paste to make a sauce.
5. Swing around the cup for 20-30 seconds, to allow the flavor of the spices to develop. Then, use the spice mixture sparingly so that the garlic flavor is not too intense.
6. Add to the pasta and add freshly grated parmesan.
