The powder comes from particularly sharp, dried red cayenne chilies.
Cayenne pepper is used very often in Latin American and Indian cuisine.
It is also used for the production of Tabasco sauce, chili sauce and curry powder.
Make excellent sauces, soups and salsas. Even pizzas and Asian dishes are flavored with this spice.
The pepper's fruits are red and 5-10 cm long.
Cayenne is the most widespread on Chili variant.
