Description
A lovely, slightly sparkling white wine from the wine-growing region in Alt Penedès and Central Penedès. It consists of 3 varieties: Xarel.lo, Parellada and Muscat.
Characteristics:
Appearance: straw white color that is somewhat reminiscent of a lemon core
Scent: Fresh and fruity with notes of green apple and white fruit.
On the palate: a slightly acidic taste characterizes the Marina Bianco. Well structured, harmonious and very agile in the finish. The slight carbon dioxide in the Marina Bianco gives it a lively and intense aspect.
Serving suggestion:
The Marina Bianco is ideally suited to all kinds of seafood, as well with rice dishes and soups. It is best to serve it well chilled (5-6 degrees).
