Palazzo della Torre can be described as an iconic wine at Allegrini. It is made with grapes from vines located around the Villa della Torre which lends the wine its name.

The magnificent Palazzo della Torre is a cuvee primarily of the well-known Italian grape varieties Corvina and Rondinella. A small amount of the grapes are dried after the harvest and only blended with the rest of the wine in January. This gives the wine an unforgettable taste and a vast spectrum of aromas.

In the glass, the wine immediately reveals aromas of raisins, dried plums and dried fruit complemented by vanilla, black tea and gingerbread spice. The wide range of aromas in the glass is very impressive.

The wine never seems coarse or meagre but smooth and round. Thanks to its lively acidity, the Palazzo della Torre Veronese feels impressively fresh and lively on the palate.
