Description
Alnatura organic beluga lentils are glossy and dark in colour with a fine nutty aroma, which adds a savoury touch to many recipes. They are sourced from certified organic farming and gently processed to preserve their natural flavour. Beluga lentils are delicious in salads, stews, side dishes and more, adding variety to your meals.
Instructions for preparation:
Rinse the lentils well. Cook the lentils in three times the amount of water without salt for about 30–35 minutes, until they are soft but still have a bite. Add them to your favourite recipe.
