Description
With their soft, airy crumb and delicately crisp crust, Alnavit's wholegrain oat rolls bring rustic flavour to your table – in organic quality and entirely free from gluten and lactose. Made with 27% wholegrain oats and natural sourdough, they’re rich in fibre and especially easy to digest. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack in between – and ready to serve in no time.
Preparation:
For best results, heat the rolls in a preheated oven (approx. 10 minutes at 200 °C) or toast them. This brings out their full flavour and creates a pleasantly crisp crust. Delicious with jam, plant-based spreads, or savoury toppings.
Note:
Although the final product contains no honey, blossom honey is used to prepare the sourdough starter cultures. For this reason, the rolls are not labelled as vegan. However, no other animal-derived ingredients are used.
