Description
CARE 2 Follow-on Formula is suitable for babies from the 7th month onwards. It is carefully formulated to suit the nutritional needs of your baby at this age. This Follow-on Formula should be offered as part of a mixed diet and is also suitable for babies born by caesarean section.
CARE 2 is based on 50 years of breast milk research and contains the patented SYNEO complex with Bifidus Breve. These bacteria occur naturally in the intestines of infants.
The formulation of Aptamil CARE 2:
- Contains SYNEO – Bifido bacteria B.Breve
- Nutri-fibre - special oligosaccharide mixture GOS/FOS
- Human Milk Olgosaccharide - 2'FL
- Immuno-nutrients - Vitamins C & D
- With DHA & ARA - Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids
Made without starch and exclusively with vegetable oils. Does not contain palm oil. Contains only lactose.
Dosage:
Always follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for the ratio of powder and water. Please note that the amounts consumed at each meal are guidelines only.
Always the enclosed measuring scoop to measure out the powder. One level measuring scoop corresponds to approx. 4.7 g powder. Add 30 ml water to every measuring scoop of powder.

If your baby is eating solid foods regularly, he or she may not drink a full bottle of Follow-on Formula with each meal. For this reason, the table above includes the mixing ratio to prepare smaller quantities.

Note on Aptamil CARE 2 Follow-on Formula:
Breastfeeding your baby is best for the first 6 months. Like any Follow-on Formula, Aptamil CARE 2 Follow-on Formula should not be offered as a breast milk substitute in the first 6 months. It should be offered as part of a mixed diet after 6 months of age only.
However, your baby's individual growth and development needs may make it necessary to introduce Follow-on Formula to your baby's diet at an earlier stage as part of a mixed diet. Please consult your paediatrician.
Once opened, use up the pack within four weeks.
