Description
This delicate, dried brown seaweed variety called Arame has a wonderful spicy aroma. You can use Arame in a variety of ways in Asian cuisine. Add it to soups or dishes with vegetables, rice and tofu. They also add a wonderful flavour to fish and salads.
All seaweed in Arche products is carefully and regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content (please refer to the information below).
Preparation: Wash the arame under running water and soak in cold water for an hour. Drain and discard soaking water. Cook in fresh water for about 10 minutes and use as desired in your dish.
