Description
Bifun rice noodles from Arche Naturküche are quick to prepare and have a neutral flavour that makes them an ideal side to serve with many dishes. Add them to (Asian-inspired) soups or stir-fries. Similar to spaghetti in appearance, the long, thin rice noodles absorb sauces very well. The gluten-free bifun are also ideal for Asian noodle salads or Pad Thai, a traditional Thai noodle dish.
Preparation:
- Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot and add the noodles.
- Pull the Bifun apart gently with a fork.
- Cook for two minutes.
- Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
Tip: If you want to cook the bifun further in a wok or frying pan, reduce the cooking time to one minute.
