Description
Kukicha is a very special green tea variety that consists of the tender twigs of the tea plant. These are stored for two to three years and finally roasted, giving Kukicha its unique taste and aroma.
It has a balanced, mild taste with a low caffeine content making it the ideal tea to enjoy in the afternoon or evening.
Preparation: Boil 500 ml water. Add 2 teaspoons of Kukicha. Set the stove to the lowest flame and let the tea steep for five minutes.
