These tender, light mung bean sprouts are a great addition to vegan stir-fried dishes, salads and spring rolls. They impress with their pure, fresh taste. They are pickled in a light brine with sea salt, citric acid and ascorbic acid and contain no added sugar.
Preparation: Drain the mung beans and add them to your dishes just before serving.
