Bake Affair Organic Winter Pancakes "Ho, Ho, Holy Night"

Whip up a batch of delicious pancakes quickly and easily with the Organic Winter Pancake mix by Bake Affair and fill your home with the wonderful Christmassy aromas of winter spices. The mix does not contain any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Quality you can taste with every bite!

Additional ingredients needed:

• 400 ml water
• Butter or vegetable oil as needed

How to prepare the pancakes:

1. Transfer the contents of the pack into a large bowl or Thermomix
2. Add 400 ml of water to it and whisk with a wire whisk or handheld mixer. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter or vegetable oil.
4. Add a ladleful of the batter to the pan and shape into a pancake. After about 1 minute (or when bubbles start to form), flip the pancake and cook for 1 more minute.
5. Serve the pancakes as desired with your choice of syrup, fruits, muesli, yoghurt and much more.
6. One pack is enough to make around 17 pancakes.
