Description

This baking mix can be used to make vegan and non-vegan rolls using the instructions below.. The mix makes about 12 rolls. The baking mixes were made using the finest ingredients from Austria and don't require any special baking skills. Anyone can make these tasty rolls!

Preparation:

  1. Place the flower petal mixture in a separate bowl.
  2. Vegan version: warm the oat drink (see the milk line in the can) and 80 g vegetable fat in a saucepan until the fat dissolves. Let it cool down to lukewarm.
  3. Classic version: warm the milk (see the milk line in the can) and 80 g butter in a saucepan until the butter dissolves. Let it cool off until lukewarm and stir in an egg. Stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the lukewarm mixture to the baking mix and knead well for about 4 minutes (or use a mixer).
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest in the bowl in a warm place for 30-60 minutes
  6. Knead the dough again, shape it into the desired shape and cover and let rest in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven (electric 190 ° C).
  8. If desired, cut into small rolls with a knife or scissors.
  9. Vegan version: brush with water
  10. Classic version: coat with yolk-milk mixture (mix 4 tablespoons milk & 1 egg yolk)
  11. Sprinkle the buns with the flower petal mixture.
  12. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes, remove from the baking sheet and let cool for 10 minutes
