Description

Wonder Bread Gold by Bauck Mühle is a gluten-free baking mix for bread made with gluten-free oats, kernels, seeds, golden millet and turmeric. The mix contains no flour, no yeast and no added sugar, and only needs to be mixed with water before baking. It contains fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Wonder Bread Gold has a slightly milder taste than the original Wonder Bread.

Preparation:

  1. Transfer the contents of the pack to a bowl. Add 550 ml boiling water and stir well. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Place the dough in a well-greased loaf tin (25 x 10 cm). Use a moistened dough scraper to spread it evenly in the tin, press down and smooth the surface.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C, top and bottom heat, for 70 minutes.
  4. Remove from the tin straight away and cool completely before serving.
